Each hospital and health care facility we deliver to sets their own rules and regulations regarding delivery. In most cases, we are required to deliver to the hospital's flower room where hospital staff will deliver your gift directly to the patient.

In some cases, patients in the CCU or ICU units may not be permitted to receive flowers. When patients are not allowed to receive gifts, we will deliver to the nurse's station or hold the order until the patient is release from the CCU/ICU unit.

If the hospital or health care facility does not permit balloons to be delivered, and your order calls for balloons, we will add the value of the balloons you ordered into the value of the floral arrangement/plant/gourmet gift. Only Mylar or foil balloons are typically allowed. Latex balloons are never permitted in hospitals.
